I’m been living here for long ,different management and employees,but I want to specifically shout out to Mr. Jesus and Miguel for being helpful always and trustworthy, let them know your unit problem and they will be there as soon as they can!Job well done for these guys!!!

Onsite Manager Nicole is super nice and helpful but OMG. Cockroach infested. I saw the first one the night I moved in (no used furniture , everything purchased brand new). They sprayed them Jesus Christ , I saw them by the dozens. They said my upstairs neighbor had an infestation as well. Meaning I'd never get rid of them alone. Apartments get like a sauna in the summer, was told to leave my windows open while I'm at work (if you know this area you know this is NOT a good idea). Overall I'd not... recommend this place. Neighbors were all super rude, trap house looking apartments and bad area as well as over priced. Move to clairemont ??
