I couldn't be happier with the entire move-in experience! The property itself is clean and secure. The residents I've seen so far are super nice - and the staff goes above and beyond! Huge thank you to Brian for being so helpful and KIND! Definitely looking forward to calling this place home.

Lived here many years and not what it once was. Kids are out of control.

I've lived in the townhouses here for two years. Mostly it's been good. The A/C could be stronger, but we hardly ever run it because we get such good ventilation. On the downside, we're in a unit fronting Katella, so traffic noise comes in the window at night. I got used to it really quickly, the only thing that bothers me now is the cholos on their choppers that come through a few times a week. That's obnoxious. It's nice having a little yard, but they just redid the fences and now they... don't go all the way to the ground, so our neighbor's trash keeps blowing into our yard. He have lived in our community for about two years now and we love it. The Maintenance people are quick to respond to your needs. Since they live here too, when you see them walking around it's like having someone from your family helping you at home. The office staff is very funny too. They're eager to help any issues and they tell jokes.
