Good, not great

I've lived here for almost 2 years. The apartment itself nice, great laundry facilities, although my unit does not get much sun. Also wish it had central A/C. Parking is safe and secure. One of my biggest complaints is the neighborhood. It is pretty safe, but folks in surrounding buildings have a habit of not picking up after their dogs or leaving trash at the curb (we're talking couches and chairs).
