    A Great Place to Live -- for 35 years!

    We have lived at Hoffman Plaza since it was still under construction in 1987, a total of 35 years! Obviously, we like being here. Over the years we have seen the neighborhood evolve into an upscale and highly desirable location, with the CBS-Radford Studio Center at the end of our short street, upscale shops and markets within walking distance, a weekly Farmers Market just around the corner. The building is in excellent condition, extremely well maintained and, with just 19 units, we are a… quiet and friendly family of tenants. We’ve made many friends here, and frequently stop and chat in the courtyard. The Owner runs a tight ship. She insists on cleanliness and ensures all the facilities are in top condition. She frequently upgrades units with new appliances and performs regular safety inspections. She has installed an extensive security system and upgraded it several times, making this a very safe place to live. When there is a problem, she immediately dispatches her very efficient and courteous maintenance crew, and repairs are done quickly and thoroughly. We feel lucky to live here, and highly recommend it.
