Hello, we are all sensitive to different kinds of noise level, and I respect that, I live on the property and the floors are as normal as everywhere else in multiapartment buildings. We (people in general) can hear some people upstairs, some we can't… , depend on what people think normal living noise is. Sometimes people even do not figure out that they are loud or bother someone until we tell them, noting intentional. So, we do work with our tenants in trying to solve their issues all the time, we might have been able to help you if you have asked. Dear ex tenant, I am so sorry to hear that you felt that way, but I wanted to say something as well, in every residential building if people above are little louder you will hear them, let alone in older building. That is apartment living,… unfortunately, we live with other people and we are all different.
When you rented here you saw we have hallways, so it was to expect once in a while you will fill smell of food, and to someone is not bad smell, to someone it is, it is kind of normal when you have hallways, also you will hear people once in a while in every hallway, if the kids go wild sometimes, that is hard to control, manager is not there 24/7 and the kids are kids, we are happy to have them. We have security guard to control the noise level, I send notices regularly to remind people of rules and regulation as every other place, and many do not think it is bad, many are happy how we handle any problem and to live here.
As for the gym equipment, we have 3 months set up routine checks on the equipment and whatever necessary we fix, and our equipment is not even old, not sure what problems you had in the mean time of those 3 months when they check, but if you guys do not report problem I won't know until next 3 months check.
We do our best to make everyone happy, we are not all same and we can't look things the same, I hope you can find the place that fits your needs the best!!
