Convenient, quiet, impossibly clean studio with the largest closet in my renting life

Yes, there it was - the largest closet space in my entire renter's life (what is over 20 years)! And mirror closet doors... While I enjoyed the closet, my husband examined impeccably clean bathroom and hardwood floors (he is one of the people who always has an excuse to buy one more air purifier - he unexpectedly found a place he can inhabit without this device, even if I lost hope for it years ago). The studio is very clean and full of natural light - with reasonable windows in the kitchen… and the bathroom.

The location is very quiet, even if it is conveniently located close to two major highways. Plenty of easy parking was a significant bonus (as I would rather visit a dentist than attempt an advance parking performance). Another unexpected addition was John W. Christian Greenbelt on the other side of the parking area - miles of walkable paths hidden in quiet neighbourhoods - an opportunity to get out and enjoy a walk without any driving at all.

What we did not like? My husband hoped to avoid ubiquitous speed bumps in the parking area - no luck. However, he can park closer to the gates and take a longer walk to our apartment. I take opportunity to park much closer and minimize this type of walk - as I like wearing high hill shoes :-)
