I’ve lived at Sycamore Terrace for the past 4 years, and I can honestly say it has been the best living experience for me and my family. The office staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been responsive, accommodating, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. It’s rare to find a team that is this consistent and welcoming.

The maintenance team is equally impressive.… Requests are handled quickly and efficiently, often faster than expected. They’re both knowledgeable, respectful, and take pride in their work, which really shows. It gives me peace of mind knowing that anything that comes up will be taken care of promptly and done right. One of the things I appreciate most is how clean and well maintained the property is. The landscaping is always beautiful, the grounds are spotless, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. You can tell there’s a lot of effort put into keeping the community looking its best every single day.

The community feels safe, quiet, and welcoming. Neighbors are friendly, the amenities are well kept, and the parking here has never been an issue which is really nice compaired to other places I've lived at in the past. I’ve lived at Sycamore Terrace for over five years now, and it has truly been the best apartment living experience I’ve ever had. In many ways, it doesn’t even feel like typical apartment living. Thanks to the spacious layout, ample parking, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere throughout the community.

The maintenance team is outstanding. Always quick to respond and incredibly reliable. I once had an issue with my water heater in the middle of the night, and they still came out promptly to… resolve it. That kind of service is rare and speaks volumes about their dedication.

The management office is just as impressive. consistently kind, professional, and helpful. From my move-in experience to lease renewals and any concerns in between, they’ve always made the process smooth and stress-free.

I’m genuinely grateful to have found Sycamore Terrace. It’s the first place I’ve lived that truly feels like home, and I plan on staying for many more years to come. Read More

I have lived at Sycamore Terrace for almost 6 years and I absolutely love it here. The leasing office staff is friendly and prompt with replies. Rent is fair, the grounds are always clean and well maintained. Whenever I have had to put in a maintance request it is always taken care of within 24 hours. And I LOVE when they bring food trucks in :) that is hands down the best. I only see myself leaving this place should I want to live outside the Temecula area; other than that Sycamore and everyone… here I am glad to call home. Read More

Currently still live here and probably will for a while because for the price? You can’t beat it. Office staff friendliness is a hit or miss. As for the actual complex, if you have small kids, this is not the complex for you! If you have to be in the bottom floor because of a baby etc, the floors are so terrible. Our children wake up every night at 2:30 (when the neighbor leaves for work, and he is usually their nap alarm everyday. (When he comes home.) the floors are so so bad, and it sounds… like loud pops whenever he is walking around! Not his fault obviously, but for that reason, it would be hard to recommend living here if you do have children. Read More
