Solid place to live.
I lived here for 6.5 years, and I definitely enjoyed my time here. The neighbors are all friendly and welcoming, and Ral (the on-site residence manager) is incredibly kind and helpful. He was always quick to fix any issues I had in my apartment.
Pros: All utilities included, parking space within a gated area, apartment came with a refrigerator, microwave and gas range stove/oven. Safe and walkable neighborhood, with close proximity to a nice park nearby.
Cons: Thin walls, and somewhat of a... lack of privacy (all the living room windows basically face the walkways in the complex). Moving in/out can be a little tricky, as you'll have to find an open space on the street to park your truck (hopefully it's close)!
All told, this is a decent place to live for the cost.
