Bedroom TWO has a Catio attached to window - MUST LOVE CATS as they will be going in and through this bedroom to enter and exit catio. Has dedicated desk space, bookshelf, end table, queen size bed and closet.
There is also a small gym area with weights, TRX, power-plate and squat rack. Lots of space in the back for outdoor workouts, relaxing, entertaining or studying.
