Don't do it

I had a positive experience until it was time to move after three years of living at this location. I was greeted with assurance and smiles that all would be taken care of, and that I would receive my deposit back after a reasonable amount of time. I received instead a general bill for "damages" in the amount of 1200.00 dollars, and when I disputed this, was told that nothing could be done and the damages would stand. I'm an everyday normal person trying to live my best life, so I paid it… because I'm not going to let them trash my credit. I pay my debts, but I would recommend to anyone considering this place to do the following:
1. Don't pay for the professional cleaning.
2. Insist on the walk through.
3. Take pictures of EVERYTHING.
4. Don't live at Avalon.

Not worth the expensive rent!

I have lived here 2 years and am fed up with paying expensive rent and having an elevator in our building that breaks all the time and a garage parking security gate that breaks constantly. If you are ok with paying a lot for things that break, this is the complex for you!

Beautiful interior and exterior environment. Warm friendly efficient staff with 24 hr. Maintenance. Inviting Outdoor Space, Lovely Private Pool, Spa and Workout Facility. Restaurants, Theatres, Shopping Mall, Farmers Market, Beautiful Gardens, Hiking Trails and Freeway Access are minutes away. Complimentary Chocolate for 2-legged residents and Doggy Treats/Toys for 4-legged residents. " Home Sweet Home"
