Just moving in now, but the rental and preparation experience has been excellent. Very friendly, cooperative and attentive staff, and the unit is in excellent shape.

Many things to enjoy here at the Cove. PROBLEMS: To my knowledge Fairfield has kept the "marijuana addendum" to the lease, which requires me to override CA state law. So I am unable to sign a new year's lease. Please drop that addendum. Neighbors have been rude and inconsiderate.

Maintenance requests, although at times addressed, are often marked as completed, when they are half finished, poorly finished or not even addressed.

Great community and management. Location is great. Love the work out classes and all the events they host! Neighbors are friendly as well. Can’t recommend more.
