Property Address: 3107 Newton St, Torrance, CA 90505
This apartment complex is CONSTANTLY shutting off the water with no notice. Sometimes they'll tell tenants 5 minutes before turning the water off to let us know. Exits are also blocked whenever the constructors workers feel the need to do so, again with no notice. Noise is also always an issue with the constant construction (even though we were told it's a quiet complex). Tools and supplies are left everywhere creating a safety hazard. Workers are not wearing masks during the pandemic. I do NOT... recommend this complex. It may seem like a nice complex when you take a tour, but it is not what it seems.
