Excellent Amenities & Beautiful Remodel

Great experience living here; one of the best options for a complex/apartment in the LA area. The grounds are clean and well-cared for, parking is convenient, and amenities are just what I needed.

Lived here for 6 Months - AMAZING Find!

I found this place online and had to sign the lease based on a video call with the leasing agent so I was very nervous going in. This place has exceeded all of my expectations! The complex is quiet with friendly neighbors. Very kid and pet friendly. The apartments feel so clean and new! The landlord has been so accommodating and made the move in experience stress free! Any maintenance requests (like a clogged drain) was handled day of! Love this place, I am so sad to leave!

Spacious, Quiet, and Beautiful.

We have lived here for two years and still love the quiet neighborhood and beautiful interior. I love to cook and the large, beautiful kitchen made it easy to entertain guests. The intelligent layout of the whole apartment always felt spacious and comfortable.

Love this apartment!

This apartment is amazing! Everything inside is so up to date and well-done! The pool is so nice and clean and there is an area for our dog to run around that's fenced-in. The management are also lovely, they are so quick to help if there is a concern and are super understanding. Would highly recommend these apartments!

Great place to live!

I made a long distance move to Torrance and made all the arrangements via FaceTime and email. Monica and Anita were fantastic with timely responses and made this move as easy as possible! The apartment is beautiful and the neighborhood is pet friendly, which was very important to me. Happy to call it home!
