Seagate Homes Apartments

After living in West LA for a year, my fiancé and I moved here and our lives truly changed for the better. We lived in one of the apartments towards the middle of the property, overlooking the central garden area. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for us, as my fiancé works from home and needed her own office space to work. There was lots of daylight coming into the apartment because of the large windows in each room. Major appliances were included as well, except for the microwave. Parking... was convenient as we have 2 electric vehicles and a charger was included in our tandem parking space.

What really stood out to us was the level of service Seagate Homes offers. Charlene was exceptional in transitioning us to our new apartment here. We also had contacted Simona about our upstairs neighbors playing loud music at odd hours of the night, and the issue was resolved by the next day. There are groundkeepers that keep the property well maintained and clean. There were also community events that made us feel a sense of community within the apartment complex.

My family and I have been here at Seagate homes since March of 2025. We absolutely love it here. The office staff, maintenance and friendly neighbors have made our experience here so much better. Everyone strives to keep the complex clean and new. Great environment to grow our family.

We have lived in our apartment here at Seagate for just about a year now and we couldn't be happier. The apartment units are beautiful and very comfortable. What I really like about it here is how peaceful and relaxing the place is. No problems with loud neighbors or disturbances of any kind. Perfect for someone who works at home or just wants a nice relaxing living environment. Great heating and A/C but I'm surprised how little we have had to use the A/C here as the building is well... insulated. Super convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The building staff here are excellent. I've had positive experiences with each staff member I've encountered here and should also point out what a helpful, professional and friendly community manager we have here. We've genuinely enjoyed living here. The building is well-maintained and always clean, and we feel safe in the community. Charlene in sales was incredibly helpful during the leasing process—professional and responsive. Simona has been outstanding as our property manager, always quick to address any concerns and making sure residents feel heard and valued. The management team here really cares, and it shows. Maintenance guys Lorenzo and Pedro are always on their toes ready with a helping hand... with almost about anything you need.
