Sounds good… but anyone could just walk through there isn’t even a handle on the gate door lmaoooooo

BEWARE

I lived here for two years and moved out in January 2024. They STILL have not refunded my deposit. I've called their office and emailed them many times, but they NEVER pick up the phone or call me back.

Please look for somewhere else to live. This is not the place.

Horrible

I have family who have been living there for years and management has not fixed AC unit, blowing dust and hot air, or the leak in the ceiling. The only answer that management can give them is that they need to move somewhere else because the problems are not going to be fixed. They have complained several times without success. So I guess the only other option is to complain to HUD so that all tenants, not just my family, get management to take responsibility in repairing any items not… functioning I the housing units. I would not have given this place even one star, but I had to in order to submit.

Great Place to Live In

Been here since April of 2015, and all I can say is that I'm very satisfied with the service and environment at Oak Park Apartments. The two story living makes it where you don't hear a Avalanche above you, enough room for the family that you have. No loud noises or drama. Perfect place for a family to move in and get relaxed with their life. The staff are very respectful, hard-working, and the landlord is very professional, very polite, and heart-warming( Dresses very professional). :)… would encourage anyone to move in
