Roach Motel
Outer appearance doesn't project the true nature of this complex. You have yard work people under your window that will wake you up at the crack of dawn literally every weekday. There is a rule for everything. No BBQ grills whatsoever, no pool toys, no curtains allowed. There's ROACHES that the pest control can't rid the place of. The office staff are sarcastically rude and will smile in your face while screwing you over. The rent goes up quite frequently. Parking is a nightmare if you have more... than one vehicle; not enough extra spaces, especially in the evening after 5. The best thing about this complex is the location. If you have anywhere else to choose from besides these apartments, please do and choose a different option. You'll be glad you did.

Great Location
Oak Park is in a great location of Turlock, located central to everything. Dog park and kids park are nice, but small.
