Nice inside, needs maintenance outside.
The Palms is all studio and 1 bedroom apartments, relatively inexpensive. Pluses include granite countertops and nice smoothtop electric range, large closet.storage area, good soundproofing, abundant parking for you and guests. First floor studios have a small enclosed patio.
Minuses include limited storage in bathroom, somewhat rundown landscaping, small size, no dishwasher or disposal, and it isn't far from a freight rail line.
Overall, a bargain for those on a budget.
