Management is very much in everyone’s business with tons of inspections but they take forever to fix any issues inside your apartment. Took months to get a new lightbulb. There is also a very bad ant problem every year that takes a minimum of 2 months to clear up. There is a limit of one parking spot per resident unless you are lucky and get a garage + driveway, also no parking spots left after 5pm so if you have more than one person driving in your household you will have to park at a park… across the street which conveniently doesn’t allow overnight parking. We lived there a few years and really saw the community take a turn for the worse about a year ago. The inside of the apartments are really nice and new. But where the community is truly behind is the exterior.

Filthy hallways and walkways, dingy and dusty walls. Stairwells would have trash littered about, and trash drippings all the way through the hallways and down the stairs - it was gross. We also experienced neighbors that smoked like chimneys and it filled our apartment with second-hand… smoke almost every day, at all hours of the day and night. Read More

Worst Management team ever! Not professional and they do not answer their phones ever!! Takes so long to get ANYTHING fixed.

When I walked through the door of my apartment I was amazed how nice it was! Wood flooring, big space, and tasteful layout was a huge surprise. I'm definitely getting what I am paying for. Only issue I had was how small the other two bedrooms were, but overall it's a wonderful apartment and complex to live at.
