Family friendly
This is a beautiful community that is well maintained. The neighbors are great. Many have kids and they play with each other in the spring and summer outside our homes, which I don't mind. In the "screen era" it's great to see kids play outside and get dirty. The community is great for single families, however parking is a problem after 4pm and the weekends.

Small, Cozy & Friendly
This is the perfect small, cozy and friendly apartment building of only 6 units but lots of space for kids to play outside and hang out. Close to a lot of food places like Viet Pho, Little Ceasers, Carls Jr, etc. Also, close to the 5 FWY and Tustin/Irvine Marketplace. The neighbors can get loud sometimes but they are friendly and tend to keep to themselves. The landlord is always up for listening to upgrade ideas and making it more up beat. Definitely good for anyone who is looking for something... small
