Bad parking and bad property management
There is never parking here even on the street. I have seen people get into fights over street parking here. However, our property manager has 3 cars and is taking up parking spaces. There is cockroaches here and the fixtures are old.
The worst part is there is a lot of gangs in the area. There was a stabbing last week right across the street from our apartment. We are moving as soon as our lease is up.
