Good value
The apartment is nice. It's a really good price for the area, and it's 10-15 minutes away from South Coast Plaza, Marketplace, The District, and Irvine Spectrum. Also very close to the freeway, which is a major bonus. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly and the facilities are well taken care of. I suggest visiting the management company's site for vacancies.
