Rancho Tierra Apartment Homes

I moved in to Rancho Tierra Apartment Homes in July of 2014. We were expecting our first son in about a month so we wanted to move somewhere that was larger than our previous home and carpeted for my newborn's future crawling activities. Though at first we were cautious because of the price of the apartment, we figured that the price was well deserved. The Irvine Company delivers great quality from my own experience. We live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and we pay $2,100 a month but that is… because we had to add $75 for a dog and cat rent combo. The original cost was $2,025.

The community is quiet, which is perfect for us. I am a graduate student and I need a good amount of concentration time. My wife is able to take peaceful strolls with our son and he can actually take a nap while outside. There is plenty of shade from the numerous trees growing on the property. The neighbors have always been kind. There has not been any real downsides from living here. Even if we had problems with our apartment, the maintenance team is very quick to find resolutions. Even the general manager has stopped by to make sure we were comfortable in our home.
