Southwood Apartments

There apartments are OK overall. The outside is very pretty and well maintained. The grass is green and the flowers are pretty. The neighborhood is good too. On the outside, everything looks fine, but the inside of the apartments are in poor condition. The one I live in has a leak on the ceiling of the living room, which makes my furniture get wet. The sinks clogs up many times a year. The door has been rotting (they changed it already). The cupboards in the kitchen have been rotting too, but... they refuse to change them. The carpet has been ripping up. The building itself is really old. The rent is almost $1500, which more than what the apartment is worth. Read More
