I have lived here 3 years and love how convenient the location is to major grocery stores, places to eat, schools, and medical & dental facilities along with the metro transit system at your feet as well. I have never had an issue with the tenants or management. Work orders that I have submitted have been completed within a timely manner and the staff are very friendly and respectful.

The area is decent located near shopping and schools. Management couple totally unprofessional. She chain smokes in and out doors, she gossips all confidential tenat info to her Favored tenants. The property is mostly occupied by the Couples family,friends,and children with grandchildren. Nothing is fixed on time or corrected...if your not in her clique don't expect anything to be done! As of lately the Police activity is overtime with Mulitple Raids and Surveillance. The illegal activities on… her property even in her Building, is overlooked due to friendships and relationships. If possible don't rent From JD Property Management or This Unprofessional Husband and Wife team, you'll regret it and be stressed h upset! The manager Ms. Luz children sells drugs on the property so theirs all kinds of thugs hanging out all day playing loud music drinking alcohol it's not safe for woman and children. The manager don't fix anything when you put work orders in, the office is always close, the manager shares all your confidential information with other tenants.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent there it's was a nightmare when I was there.
