I lived here 3 years & enjoyed every day when I got home. Quite environment & calm breeze really complemented my serenity . Loved the staff who so graciously made me feel at home, truly missing you all. Thankful for your smiles & understandings. I do truly wish on who decides to make “the ridge” their home that they enjoy the same experience if not better that I was so fortunate to enjoy.

Tiene más de un año que están remodelando la oficina de recepción, por lo tanto no está a disposición ni el gimnasio ni los baños en el área de la alberca ni hay gameroom, hay plaga de arañas en las áreas verdes y ya se están metiendo a los apartamentos, no entiendo porque anuncian los apartamentos con esos servicios los cuales los cobran con la renta ya que no es muy económico y los que llevamos más tiempo podemos decir que desde Julio del 2017 hasta la fecha 22 de Agosto de 2018 no tenemos... esos servicios, así que si se piensan vivir en un lugar en donde puedas tener todo incluido incluyendo recreación completa y no pagar un gimnasio por fuera, olvídenlo!!! por otro lado la forma en que limpian los pasillos de las hojas de árboles y más es muy mala ya que ocupan un “soplador” con el que avientan los desechos hacia los arbustos y por lo tanto todo el polvo se mete hacia los patios y por lo mismo siempre están sucios los muebles de patio que pueda uno tener Read More

I have been living here for about 8 years. For the first 6 years or so it was great. For the past couple of years it has steadily gone downhill. We have had our mailbox broken into and my medication was stolen, our car has been vandalized and we have seen the police called to the property more and more. There are always homeless people hanging around the dumpsters. I do not feel safe here any longer and am moving out at the end of my lease in a few months. Plus, every year our rent has gone up... about $100 and in my opinion this apartment is not worth that much. I've been living in my Apartment for nine months now.Its a nice apartment a one bedroom one bathroom.Its me,my husband and my newborn son Ayden.Wed love to upgrade to a two bedroom.Things are tite right now it's hard to move.Id love for my baby to have his own room and the nursery he deserves.I lost both my mom & Dad to Cancer and taking care of then I didn't work.Times are hard but with are faith were hoping it all works out.This would be such a blessing.Thank you and God Bless:)

We have been renting now for almost a year, so it has ups and downs. Overall the place is nice and pretty quite. Our landlord is reasonable! While living around so many families, it's maintained grounds are clean. I love the city and shopping centers are pretty close.
