Amazing property and amazing staff!

I love living in this property! I’ve been living here for over 10years. The office staff and maintenance are so nice and attentive to all work orders! Would definitely recommend.

Take your money elsewhere

Been here since 2015 and have watched this place go downhill. The manager America is a joke and doesn't care about doing her job. They maintenance workers aren't properly trained to handle complex issues which is why I had to call the property management company to file a complaint against her. They want you to be the one to tell on residence while they could easily fix the camera's and see what is going on. The pools are always broken everything is just falling apart and clearly no one cares. I… so wish I could be the manager because things wouldn't be the way they are. Save your money!!!

Horrible

I'm on a 1 year lease my lease will be over in a 2 weeks . Ever since I moved in to my appartment my ac doesn't work in the living room, I made many complains and nothing has been done. All they told me is that I need to leave the ac on longer. The office worker gabby is VERY rude and UNPROFESSIONAL so is America the "manager"! The only people that will help you in the front office is rosalia and Raul both of them are very nice. There is not enough parking for everyone, you can park in the… office but only Certain hours. American the "manager" has favorites

Great price. Beautiful apartment.

Me and my husband moved in 3 months ago and we love it. Parking is TERRIBLE, but that is our ONLY complaint.
The apartment itself is such a great size for a 1 bedroom. More then enough space for the 2 of us.
Huge walk-in closet. New carpet, nice paint colors inside.
Pool/Spa area is beautiful, not huge or anything, but nice and enjoyable.
Laundry hasn't been an issue for us.
At the end of the day, we both love it here. Way cheaper then everything else we found, especially considering the size.
