Requested for cleaning upon move in, had to clean it myself and they state they resolved the issue. Dryer caught FIRE after many complaints that it wasn’t working right. Difficult to get ahold of the office and new management is unprofessional. Fireplace has to be taken apart just to turn on. Gym area smells of urine. Trash always overflowing. Several things to keep in mind -as a good samaritan, I dont recommend

CONS
Floors: The walls/ceiling are extremely thin, you can hear EVERYTHING- when someone walks (sounds like t-rex stomping around), when someone is in the bathroom upstairs, when they shower, when they flush, when they open and close drawers in the kitchen
Staff: The staff is useless, they will listen to your concerns do nothing. They act like they care for your concerns however this is very superficial/on the… surface
Neighbors: some are nice, others are very "simple-minded", and this is the worst part of living here (ex: people blowing their nose in the jacuzzi water, people who lack empathy when you address your concerns. There are many creepy characters in the neighborhood who are longterm residents -will often make profane/obscene gestures
Safety: Strange men will knock on the door, and try to force themselves in! Contacted the police, they arrive too late, the person is gone. I got a taser and pepper spray. Safety IS an issue. Housing staff is useless
Gym: small, low on equipment
Parking: limited parking spaces! If covered areas/garages are taken only open parking space (no shade). Your parking spot will be taken by another car! You can put a notice (that the leasing office will provide for you) on the car and can get them towed, takes hours! Guest parking spots are taken by maintenance or neighbors' spare cars
Packages: Packages left at door will get stollen! If delivery after leasing office hours, packages left at front door since leasing office is closed. 5 mins late, package will be gone! Huge issue for all neighbors- office has sent out memos on stollen packages.


PROS:
- close to everything needed, the village, shops, malls, movie theaters, schools, campus grounds, dog parks, Walmart, restaurants, etc
- maintenance is usually on top of their game for minor fixes/requests
- apartment size is decent, bedrooms are adequately large and so is the kitchen

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had renting. Management is absolutely horrible. They breached the lease agreement when trying to charge us for things that we were not responsible for. Unit was left as clean as new, and we were still charged thousands of dollars for unnecessary fees. The entire staff here is extremely rude. They don’t listen, and they will charge you an absurd amount upon moving out. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
