Under a 600 credit score is automatic denial.



In addition to the above credit score criteria, the following requirements must be met:

~ Verifiable income of 3x the rent

~ Minimum of 3 years of verifiable good rental or homeownership history.

~ No evictions - may consider 5+ years old if rental history since has been perfect.

~ Any applicants owing utility companies and past landlords must pay off these balances and provide proof prior to being approved or attaining a Conditional Qualification.
