Construction

Non stop construction with no end in site. Unsafe conditions rocks dust and debris all over the entire complex.

Great building!!!

the building is very good, has a swimming pool, sauna, laundry, parking space, barbecue and is in an area with good access to the roads (101, 170, 134 and 605). The apartments are a great size with large closets, the units that are available are being remodeled and modernized. The condominium administration is located in the building itself and the management has a very good job that is prepared to assist with any need. The price is on average with what is practiced for apartments of this… size and location. I recommend it to everyone looking for a quiet, safe place with a structure for children as they also have a large and wide area in their common areas.

ROACHES! MOLD!

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. Disgusting. Renovated units are made so quickly. Don’t be fooled by the price. Building manager is awful. Maintenance is awful. Literally fighting a roach in the bathroom as I type this.

Not everything that glitters is gold

I have several problems maintenance has failed to resolve over the passed few months. Beware of the renovated apartments as they are done very quickly and there will be issues including (but not limited to) roaches coming out to play, shawty craftsmanship, paint bubbling, poor ventilation, and terrible outdated, old, and drafty windows that they refuse to replace.

Hoax

This place is a hoax. Please beware. The building is out dated and has numerous problems. There’s some sort of “construction” going on everyday. Huge plumbing problems and drainage problems. My apartment got flooded and I had to use my all my bedding and clothes to stop it and I was not reimbursed. They also will enter your apartment without permission.
