It's alright
The rent is well priced and the layouts are good. I was a huge fan of the apartment until bugs appeared. It took an exterminator coming to the apartment four times. They are finally gone and the owner of the building seems like her really wants to be helpful. The secretary; I'm sure is well intentioned; doesn't seem to have the above and beyond attitude. I wouldn't bother me so much because the bugs did finally leave but my kitchen was out of use for four months. I lost so much money on take out… food. Also just so you know the bugs were roaches...better than bed bugs I guess but definitely not a fan of either.
