Long term tenant
I have resided here for more than 20 years. Management is responsive and genuinely cares for the tenants. Things get fixed and improved and managers are onsite and have been here nearly as long as we have. In the last decade the rundown homes that were on our side of the street have been replaced with nicer upscale buildings. The apartments themselves are quite large and most have a patio or balcony space. Pool, central air and AC and assigned, secure parking. Property is kept clean and... landscaping is well maintained. It’s a quiet street. Street parking can be hard to find if you have extra vehicles.
