management is hard to get a hold of

I haven't even moved in and im already counting the days until I move out as soon as you pay your deposit you're on your own if you're reading do you're self a favor avoid run don't waste your time or money.

I dread even having to unpack my stuff. all the red flags but I already signed

Great location and W/D in the unit!

I have been living here for a year and I love it. I'm 20 minutes from everywhere as the access to the 405 is one block down. I take my doggie to Lake Balboa Park which is 5 minutes away and they have doggie stations in the premises BTW!

Management is on site so any problems are fixed pretty quickly! Andrea is such a delight to interact with :)

Horrible

Always dirty, gates don’t work all the time, which allows the homeless to come in. Rent is so high and not taken care of. There is no grill and not social activities. People are always crashing right in front. People don’t clean after their pets. Rooms are extremely small. Gym does not exceed what is seen in the pic. Do yourself a favor and look else where.
