horrible experience with Monica
The property Manger Monica is the worst person i have delt with. She is unprofessional and a liar. Be aware to deal with her. Months she had me wait to receive my paperwork after leaving. When I constantly message her to help me and give me an update she literally replied “who are you.” Unacceptable how she handled the situation. They sent me to collections even though i had all the messages with her which thankfully i was able to take care of that situation myself. I left because she failed to… mention how disgusting and full of insects there were. Please be careful with her.
