Our house is walking distance to Rose, Main Street, Abbott Kinney, and the Venice Boardwalk. Enjoy all that Venice Beach has to offer - amazing restaurants, the… beach, yoga studios, coffee houses and much more. Whole Foods and Ralph's supermarkets are blocks away. Live the California dream. Our private house, with a high white fence all around, is airy and bright. The ocean breeze leaves the house cool in the summer. If you choose not to have a car, you can hop on a bus from 7th Ave or Lincoln or Abbott Kinney, which will take you to Santa Monica or to the Expo Subway line.

We live in a 1924 renovated Beach house (Craftsman style) with double height wooden Cathedral style ceilings and skylights. Our wooden deck, complete with picnic table and sofa, wraps around the house. All rooms open onto the deck. We also have a 1500 square foot garden, which is outfitted with a hammock. Our place includes a modern kitchen with new appliances - washing machine, dryer, dish washer, stove, oven, etc. Our bright bathroom has an entire wall built from glass blocks which is made private with beautiful vine plants. There is also an additional loft / storage space that we store our things but will be open to storage.
