Parklands Apartments

I loved loving at Parklands in unit K-301, which is currently available at an incredibly low price! Gorgeous sweeping views of the mountains and valley, excellent morning sunlight and a big, quiet space. Beautiful amenities and a super responsive maintenance team. Truly luxury living. I had to move for work but I miss this slice of heaven every day.

The unit is fresh and spacious. High quality design and materials seemed to be used in the unit and in the common areas, which include many really nice amenities. The management staff are present, responsive and welcoming. The design of the complex holds space for a sort of blossoming community vibe. The neighbors have been really nice and seem to like it here as well. Nice landscaping which appears to me to be a mix of native plant species, cactus, herbs and palms. Grounds are filthy, trash, poop, cigarettes, weeds, cat litter….who’s managing this place????

Run down fast, management lacks and is only reactive to issues. A lot of false promises, amenities are sub par. Pool is freezing or dirty, grounds are dirty. Their priorities are solely on the new build next door.
