Love living here!

My little family and I have been here for almost 2 years. The stuff is very attentive to our needs and we love the maintenance guys! Denise is such a hard worker we appreciate her tons. We’re happy and safe and can’t imagine living anywhere else! :)

Great complex to live at with beyond friendly office personnel
I understand that they could come off as a little much but they are just excited to get you into a place that not only you love but your family and pets love as well

How refreshing it is, to find, such a helpful, kind staff as all at The Mountain Vista Apartments!

In a time when any kindness, is sorely lacking, in most people dealing with customer service. I have found the kindness, helpfulness, in all the staff at The Mountain Vista Apartments. They are so quick to help and will call you back within the hour, if you have any problems. ( Which, after almost a year, this will be the first issue i have ever had), i called about my air conditioning and Karen called me back, within the hour, to send Maintenance ( also AWESOME!) To fix immediately.
The... excellence in their caring, expedient, on the ball, customer service, makes this beautiful property a Home! Thank you!!
