Summerridge

Summer Ridge is located in Victorville just off the 15 freeway and Mohave.....I have to say at first the surrounding area was a little intimidating for me with the motel and the liquor store on the corner and all the "scary people" that hangout there, but Management is very vigilant about keeping those people out!! I see the girls in the office walking/driving the property all the time making sure everything is good and at night they have courtesy patrol that patrols the property all night long.... Lived there 3 years was apprehensive about the area, surprisingly very pleasant place to live never had any issues all the residents seem like hard working people that just want nice to place to live, the staff is very professional and are on top of maintenance and the residents needs.

I didn't expect Summer Ridge Apartments to be such a quiet and really nice place to live. Moved here 2 years ago because it cut my commute time in half but was kinda unsure about the area. I haven't had any problems, my neighbors are great and the staff here is really on top of everything. Glad to call it home.

Finding an apartment that has all the key features that you may think is important is hard to find. Well, Summer Ridge Apartments catered to the ones that I felt necessary. A gated community with well maintained units, peaceful and safe environment with added Patrol for security. Even the common areas like the pool are always up kept. Location to me is perfect, close to the freeway entrances, only a few miles away from your local restaurants, and any store of your choice.
