Ok place to live
They raise rent to the max every year. They cut down all the trees. Trash cans are always full. There is no security cameras, cars get broken into. Maintenance fixes things well. Neighbors are loud throughout the night. Dogs barking all the time. Washing machines break often. Mailbox broken into often. Homeless people always in the area. Apartment managers never work here long. Big roaches in the summer. No parking after 5.
