From the moment you walk in the courtyard and the exterior you'll immediately notice the mottled white paint, having not been touched up in decades. The building was built in the late 1960s and the property owners have barely lifted a finger renovating or keeping the building up to code. I am a top floor unit sandwiched between two other units on either side and a unit below. The walls are paper thin, I can hear conversations and make out full clear sentences on all sides, including beneath me.... In fact I can feel the tenants below me rattle my apartment when they're walking around in their unit. My kitchen hasn't been updated since the 60s , the cabinets have been constantly infested with termites.
