Beware. They’ve sent me to collections a year after I vacated the property and paid all the rent and refused to provide me with a final statement or even talk about the alleged $5500 that I supposedly owe. Having to get hell and investigation from the housing board

Let's see. The elevators are ALWAYS broken down, sulking (and the stairwells are locked if the office staff aren't in), so good luck getting to your car in the garage to go to work in the morning. The fire alarms go off at the slightest provocation, and I mean the SLIGHTEST provocation. Don't make toast. In fact don't even look at the fire alarms in the wrong way. It seems to be enough to make them scream. We've had to put in service requests far more than normal for a new property--in fact any... property--as the AC and appliances often need maintenance or parts. The floors are shaky, there's poorly cut, visible plywood under the kitchen island, and hey, just for good measure, a homeless encampment has evolved right beside the building. Thanks to our new neighbors, the streets are littered with trash and the sounds of boom box beats and heated arguments will interrupt your sleep cycle nightly. So what do we think? Save your money and look elsewhere.

We toured this property looking for a two or three bedroom apartment. Everyone was so helpful and the apartments are beyond gorgeous. Excited to go back when the two bedrooms are available so we can decide what is the best fit for us and looking forward to calling Avalon West Hollywood home.

I found them very difficult to work with to get the proper information and accurate information on an apartment. So disorganized, they didn't know if they were coming or going, I had an appointment, yet they stopped my appointment to help other people. They definitely are friendly but have a bit of an attitude. If your not ready right this minute they don't want to waste their time with you. the don't return calls or emails. Nice apartments, but can't see any of the property before you rent.... Over priced for they space and quality.
