Bug infested, loud and neglectful management
This building is infested with a number of bugs - roaches and termites are a regular sighting here. The windows may as well not be present - ANY noise from the outside will be joining you in your unit. There is loud construction, a nightclub, and a preschool - choose your poison depending on what side of the building you reside on.
Repairs and replacements take forever to get done - you may as well just do them yourself since management never seems to respond to things that they are required... by law to handle.
The parking garage leaks whenever it rains, so I hope you don't have a nice paint job.
The elevator regularly breaks down - so unless you want to risk getting trapped inside, you may want to take the stairs.
