    Truly a Wonderfully Place to Call Home!

    We were so lucky to have been able to find Westlake Villas for our parents! The grounds are meticulously maintained, it is quiet, the rubbish skips are never full as rubbish collections come daily. They are constantly maintaining the property and always give timely updates and notices. With the new trend of apartment properties being gobbled up by heartless corporate AI run real estate investment firms Westlake Villas is privately owned by a human family with heart! I have never met them, but I… do know that the owners are fair, kind and care about their tenants!

    One indication that they truly care about their tenants is in whom they have chosen as their amazing property management team, Noelle and Blanca! They are the bee's knees. They are so accommodating and helpful. They continually go above and beyond to help us out. They are responsive, attentive, and always speak to you with a smile on their faces. We cannot say enough great things about them and Westlake Villas.

    To any of our friends and acquaintances who ask for suggestions of where they should consider moving to...we ALWAYS urge them to consider Westlake Villas! You really can't go wrong.

    THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for all that you do!!! We appreciate you!
