You complain and let them know that there’s needs fixtures inside the apartment such as the water getting out of the bathtub and soaking onto the wood and then the wood is rotting, and the wood is coming apart and they don’t do nothing about that. It’s been more than a couple years. This KTLA came to Apartments to interview tenants because they were complaining that there was no hot water for more than two weeks.

Busy street every day because of school drop off for a solid 2 hours. Kids can walk in leave their trash inside the complex. Homeless camp across the street. Speeding cars around complex at night. No gates surrounding the complex leaving it so anyone can walk in to break into cars. Multiple attempts to break in this year and it’s barely May. Management likes to complain and leave “letters” for residents about “messy” patios and non furniture items instead of addressing the safety issues this… community has. Avoid this place at all cost…they renovated the leasing office instead of using the funds for the complex. Read More

- No locked gates, so strange people from outside can come in easily.
- People smoke a lot, even in the swimming poor with children.
- Rooms are old and dirty.
- A lot of insects like roaches, spiders, etc.
- No hot water every evening.
- Water/Electricity shut down without notice.
- Maintenance is very slow, usually takes about 1 month for the maintenance man to come.
- Lazy assistant manager: She always goes home earlier than office hour, the she locks the office early. It's extremely hard… for you to contact her.
- Prices are way too high.
- No receipt after rental payment.
- Gym is usually locked.

I strictly don't recommend this apartment. You can definitely find a better place to live. Read More

Probably one of the most affordable in the area, staff is always friendly and helpful.
