Trask Apartments

Reasonably quiet community, lots of families so some kid noise, but totally within reason. Everyone is pretty friendly considering covid, so many keep to themselves more than I think they would under normal circumstances. No pest issues, work orders resolved quickly, friendly managment. Star lost because there's no guest parking. Can use Walmart parking during the day, but not overnight and the street/neighborhood is crowded. Overall happy to live here. Would recommend.

Loved it here. This was my first ever apartment and I didn’t have to go thru 2 managers only due to the first one passing away. Linda was her name and she was the sweetest and also had that place in tip top shape. The 2nd manager Jenn made it such a smooth transition she did a fantastic job and still does! We were in the 3bed list and never had any issues with noise. It was also clean and peaceful. The Maintenance team aka Ross was great and so friendly! The only downside was no visitor parking… but across the street you can park and behind where Walmart was up until around 10pm. Overall I had a great experience here and wish I never left. Read More

The landlord is always very helpful and very quick to get back to you. She’s helped me find roommates personally and gone above and beyond to make sure everyone is always doing well. If there’s anything that needs fixing, our handyman is also is very quick to respond and there’s an emergency handyman if it’s after hours :)
