Real resident

Save your money, I’ve wasted 50k yearly into this community that never gets better. Last week alone there was a DEA raid in one of the buildings. Management never informed the community of what was going on, it’s getting dangerous.

Beautiful Community & Excellent experienced Team

From our inquiry, to our tour , we received the best service and attention from Jake . Exceptional service . We could not wait to apply and call this our new home . Happy to say “ it is a pleasure to call this our new home “ and to be part of this community.
Can’t thank Jake & Jenn enough .
Words can’t describe how pleased we are . Attended our first Brunch hours after we had just moved in, and every single person expressed their gratitude and happiness. We all agreed , has a lot to do with… both Jenn and Jake. Even down to our Spectrum technician, he said “ he loves coming out to this property “…

Altura Apartments

I toured these apartments today and what a welcome surprise for Whittier! I actually went to tour the new condo’s for purchase and saw the signs for Altura! The employees were very welcoming and organic.Even the maintenance guy stop to ask how my day was going. If I don’t decide to purchase, I will definitely get an apartment here in the meantime!
