AMENITIES
The information on here is not updated.
PET POLICY - They are now allowed and a fee must be paid in order to have pets.
OUTDOOR - Grill, this is not available and never has been. We are not allowed to use our own grills either.
SMOKE FREE - Definitely NOT true!! Specially now with marijuana being legal (to some extent). Tenants smoke it like it was free!! Constant odor of marijuana in the building. Along with people who some tobacco, they sit on the stairs or smoke as they walk by units,... and the smoke DOES make it to people's apartments.
SECURITY SYSTEM - There has never been any. Recently, our front gate was programmed to open with a code only but the garage gate is constantly out of service.
