Love it and hate it
So I have been leaving in pine terrace for 3 years. The manager of the apartment is very friendly and professional. Love the family atmosphere between neighbors. The only thing I hate is roaches. The first 2 years I saw then during the summer but this las year I saw them through the spring too. Besides that I love this place. The main reason I move is the big roaches

Pine Terrace
I have lived here for more than 5 years now and it has been a great experience.I love this community because the environment here is beautiful and amazing. What I really like is it's very near to Walmart, Shopping centers, Restaurants and grocery stores. This place is very commute to travel in buses like 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The Manager is very kind and good person.

Love this place
I love this community because of the family atmosphere everyone here is friendly, especially the manger vikki.. the rent is great compared to surrounding areas . Whenever there is a matinance issue( in which rarely happens)its addressed quickly.. extremely quiet and close to a lot of good restaurants.

Love Pine Terrace Apartments
The apartment complex is always clean and well maintained. It’s a nice and quiet community, safe and secure with security code access required at main entrance. Management is always friendly and quick to respond. While all units are different, I love that ours has beautiful dark wood floors and a spacious patio.
