Humble Little Abode

Our apartment has been very good to us the past 2 years. It's small and humble, but nice. They genuinely do a great job maintaining it. A garage comes with apartment at no extra cost--so convenient! Size just depends on if you have a 1 or 2 bedroom. Additional parking can be hard in the front but theres always a parking open on the side street with a brisk 2-3 minute walk. Everything is paid minus electric which is hard to come by these days. There's a sparkling pool & on site laundry open 24... hours! The complex is pleasantly quiet a majority of the time...occasionally kids in the pool or landscapers but not a lot. The managers are friendly and helpful! Although we personally would like a bigger place as our family grows these apartments have helped us live comfortably while keeping the rent the lowest in our area! So until we can afford to expand we absolutely are blessed with our nice cute humble abode! ??
