YOU WONT RECEIVE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK

If I can leave ZERO STARS, I would! Worst complex i've ever lived in! The actual apartment is great, it's the management that's awful!!!
My husband and I moved out of here in November 2022, we've been calling and calling asking when we'll receive our security deposit, NO CALL BACK, nothing, after 4 months of moving out!
Then I get a call from the credit bureau saying that we owe money and if I don't pay, it's going to go to collections. After they inspected the apartment, they said we don't… receive any money back and we also owe $250 for the damage done to the apartment. I have pictures that the apartment was well taken care of when we left it, we even filled in the holes and send it over them for any picture frames that we hung.
So instead of them, calling us, and letting us know, we owe money, and we're not getting anything back for our security deposit, and being professional, they sent us straight to the credit bureau!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! we left several messages with Misty, and never received a callback!
While living there for two years, the management made it very hard to enjoy our apartment. since living there there's been two different new management taking over and this one has been by far the worst. For any maintenance issues they either don't contact you back or wait weeks to resolve any issues.
I do not recommend this apartment complex at all! I've had three friends live here as well with their husbands, and have all hated the experience also.
Beware !!!!!!!!

From the moment I saw the apartment I felt at home. The Bryant at Yorba Linda has made my family feel so welcome within the community, we look forward to it being our home for many years to come!

I have been living in LA for about three years. Often had parking problems , safety concerns etc. This community has so loved all my problems and has a great floor plan , good view and a pleasant community. Most importantly its a dog friendly community.

Not a good place to live

Poor service. Bad management. Management doesnt care about the tenents. Theres trash everywhere. When you make a complaint it never get handled. They just want their rent thats its. the only good thing is maintanance is good. The othe neighbors I talked to also has the same problem with the management. They seem like they dont care. Also my car got broken into and all they said was We'll let the night patrol know...WOW..Think twice before you move here.

Do not even think about moving here

if your reading this dont move here.I have lived here for a while and its been nothing but nightmare. The only thing I can say thats good is maintaince. The management staff does not care about their tenents and all they do is want their monthly rent. When you make compaints it doesnt get taken care of. The manager doesnt communicate with you and they have no experience managing an apartment. Theres trash everywhere and when you make a compaint they said thye will get on it and never do..They… sell you on lies but its all lies. My car got broken into and when i told them all they said was "ok we'll notify out night patrol" Look else where..This is a horrible complex and they have a horrible people that work here.
