I liked living here. The Apts look like new and close to senior center, park, shopping all walking distance. Bus stop close. There is a gas fireplace outside that I wish they would light when I lived there. I had trouble with mosquitoes. Great place to live though

Review
Dumosa Senior Village is only three years and it already looks like crap. The carpets in all the buildings rarely gets vacuumed. Dead cockroaches, leaves, sand and stains are all over carpets in both buildings. There is a chutes to put trash into the dumpsters, but since the building opened garbage has been missing the dumpsters and accumulating. The smell when you open the chute smells disgusting. The lack of maintenance extends to the sidewalks. The landscape gravel rolls down the slopes on to... the sidewalks where it acts like ball bearings under your feet.
